Please be sure to submit any requests for improvements or modifications to your property (as required by the Community Charter and Design Guidelines) to the Architectural Control Committee. Berewick celebrates community partnerships with two of Charlotte’s most valued resources: Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden & the Steele Creek YMCA. Each new homeowner will receive a 1-year membership and gift certificate to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, compliments of Berewick and Pappas Properties.
