The Founders of Berewick set out to create within the community a sense of collective identity, belonging, solidarity and pride that are missing in many master-planned communities today. In essence, a community objective at Berewick is to create and foster a true community, akin to that traditionally found in small towns that will grow and evolve over time. In pursuit of that goal, these community documents were created to establish a comprehensive plan to create unified, overall administration of Berewick. Through these governing documents, it is the intent to create and foster programs, activities and services to facilitate interaction among homeowners, residents and visitors; involvement in the surrounding community; community pride; and a sense of responsibility for the quality of life within Berewick. Our community documents are official instruments recorded in the County Register of Deeds and give the Association the responsibility of maintenance and operation. It creates the authority within the association, describes owner rights, duties and responsibilities.
Disclaimer: These documents were created by scanning or retyping paper copies and in the process errors may have been introduced. Please contact our community manager to inquire about amendments, community supplements, etc.
