Common Space to be enjoyed by residents (on a first come, first serve basis)!
Located next to the Manor House!
**Towing enforced in Amenity Parking Lot & overflow parking spaces on Birkwood Ct between the hours of 1:00 am-4:00 am**
Fire Place Instructions:
Turning ON:
- Turn timer behind the fireplace to the estimated time of usage.
- Turn knob that is located inside the fireplace (right side) to “Pilot”.
- Hold down knob and push striker several time until pilot flame is lit.
- Turn knob to “ON” position.
- Switch the on/off switch located on small log remote to “ON”.
Turning OFF:
- Switch the on/off switch located on small log remote to “OFF”
- Turn knob inside fireplace (right side) to “OFF”.
- Turn Timer behind Fireplace to “OFF”
**Please note that timer will turn the fireplace off, however all steps must still be followed to ensure the safety of the next resident that will use it. Fireplace is “use at your own risk” and “first come, first serve”.
Barbeque Instructions:
Turning ON:
- Remove Barbeque cover.
- Inspect and clean Barbeque grills before every use.
- Turn timer behind the BBQ to the estimated time of usage.
- Hold down knob(s) and turn to “High”. Flame will turn on.
- Change to desired “High”, Medium” or “Low” setting .
Turning OFF:
- Turn all knobs to the “OFF” position.
- Turn timer behind the BBQ to “OFF” position.
- Inspect and clean Barbeque grills after every use.
- Place Barbeque cover back on grill & clip cover on, AFTER grill has FULLY cooled.
**Please note that timer will turn the Barbeque grills off, however all steps must still be followed to ensure the safety of the next resident that will use it. Barbeque grill is “use at your own risk” and “first come, first serve”.
