Work Orders- Who do I contact??

Work Orders are maintenance issues that arise that need to be addressed ie. Leaks, fallen tree, broken sprinkler, etc. Common Areas are typically  the responsibility of the HOA. Several areas in the community have two HOA’s, a Master HOA and a Sub association. Please see the information provided below to have items routed to the correct Management companies. Single Family homes are responsible for their own maintenance and repairs. Improvements/Changes to the exterior of a Single Family home is an Architectural change which is not to be confused with a work order, and the homeowner would need to submit an ARC Application (please reach out to [email protected] for documents, or you can log onto the homeowner portal and go to the document section to find the Architectural application and Design Guidelines ).

Bella Sera – Any maintenance issues that occur INSIDE the Bella Sera/Glasgow Village should go to WDM however they should be sent to the Bella Sera HOA and NOT the Berewick HOA. You may submit a work order through the homeowner portal (Please be sure to be under the Bella Sera HOA account). Community Manager- Aiyana Burgette- 704-347-8900 xt.121 [email protected] . The Berewick HOA ONLY manages the Amenities outside of the village. For issues outside of the village, please see below under the “For ALL other work orders” section.

The Berewick HOA only manages the Amenities outside the village. The Berewick HOA ONLY manages the Amenities outside of the village. Please see the “For ALL other work orders” below on how to do so.

For ALL other work orders – Most sidewalks and streets are maintained by the city and work orders for that should be reported to 311- city of charlotte. Street Lights are maintained by Duke Energy and that can be reported online ( https://salor-web.duke-energy.app/#/home/map ) or by calling 800.769.3766. Berewick HOA work orders can be submitted by logging into the homeowner portal and selecting work orders from the Homeowner Tools pull down tab. You will need to select “Add Work Order” and fill out a short description and detailed request. We also request to have a picture included as to help us better understand the issue. Once all the information has been completed, please hit “Submit”. This will send the work order to the Berewick HOA Community Manager. Please note that work orders do need to be processed in the order they are received, and the process does include having to investigate the matter, reach out to vendors, having to request quotes, scheduling, etc.. We ask all Homeowners to be patient during the process. You will received update notifications as management updates the work order. Berewick HOA Community Manager: Cristina Ponce- [email protected] 704-347-8900 xt. 219
