**Towing enforced in Amenity Parking Lot & overflow parking spaces on Birkwood Ct between the hours of 1:00 am-4:00 am**
Residents:
*Resident must enter through the rear lobby door/ main resident entrance with their issued Access Card *
Monday, Wednesday & Thursdays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Tuesdays 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
Fridays 9:00 am- 3:00pm
New Residents without an Access Card:
*Will not have access to the Manor House until they have been issued an Access Card.*
*Completion of registration process must be completed by homeowner. Resident should receive confirmation that amenity cards are available for pick up before passing by. Amenity card pick up times below. *
Pick up Windows: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9:30-10:30am
Tuesday 5:30-6:30pm, and
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 3:30-4:30
Service Providers:
*Will not have access to the Manor House and will need to reach out to the service requester*
*Rental Reservation requests must be submitted by homeowners ONLY through their homeowner portal and the completed Manor House Reservation & Usage Agreement must be emailed to [email protected] at least 3 weeks prior to the requested reservation date. Account must be up to date to reserve ANY dates! Rental hours will be outside of business hours and listed on Rental agreement.
